Delivery & Shipping Information – Kayserya

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Within Pakistan (Unstitched): 3 to 5 working days

  • Within Pakistan (Stitched): 10 to 15 working days

  • International (Unstitched): 5 to 7 working days

  • International (Stitched): 20 to 25 working days

Shipping Charges:

  • Domestic (Pakistan): Free delivery on all orders

  • International: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight

Courier Services:

We partner with PostX for both domestic and international deliveries. In special cases, we may use an alternative reliable courier service.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number and courier details. Please check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders to ensure you receive this update.

Customs & Import Duties:

For international deliveries, customs duties or taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Kayserya is not responsible for these additional charges. These must be paid by the customer to release the shipment from customs.

Exchange & Return Policy – Kayserya

General Guidelines:

  • Products purchased through the Kayserya Online Store are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Sale items can be exchanged only if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Cash refunds are not offered. Customers will receive a store credit voucher equal to the order value, which can be used for future purchases on our online store.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • International Orders: Exchanges are only applicable in cases of incorrect or defective items.

  • Custom Orders: No exchange or refund is available on customized or made-to-measure products.

  • For exchanges involving non-defective items, the customer is responsible for both return shipping and any exchange charges.

Order Cancellation Policy – Kayserya

  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

  • For stitched items, cancellations will only be accepted within 2 days of order placement.

  • Kayserya reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Product unavailability

    • Pricing or technical errors

    • Payment failure or decline by the bank/card issuer
